Many products are vehicle-specific. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their vehicle year, make, model, chassis, trim, body style, and factory equipment before installation.

3. Aftermarket Products and Trademarks
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, products described as "style," "inspired," "replacement," or similar terms are aftermarket products and are not original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") parts.
Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify product compatibility or intended application.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, GT-Speed is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any vehicle manufacturer.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required costs will be shown during checkout when applicable.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, listing, or promotional errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you or cancel and refund the affected item.
5. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order is submitted.
If we cannot fulfill an item, we may contact you regarding available options or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or legal requirements.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Installation
Unless specifically stated otherwise, installation is not included with product purchase. Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.
GT-Speed is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, unauthorized modification, or installation on an incompatible vehicle, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should confirm product condition and fitment before paying for installation, painting, drilling, or modification.
10. Carbon Fiber and Composite Products
Carbon fiber, fiberglass, and other composite products may have minor variations in weave, texture, finish, alignment, or surface appearance due to the manufacturing process. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
11. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it enters fulfillment.
12. Intellectual Property
GT-Speed-owned website content, branding, graphics, photographs, text, and other original materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party trademarks and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.
